Please telephone or email to confirm availability and make a verbal reservation. We will hold the reservation for five working days whilst awaiting your deposit as follows:

Upon receipt of your deposit confirmation will be posted to you.

Balance:- The balance and the £150 returnable depositis due 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receipt of your cheque we will forward confirmation and travel details.

Prices:- All prices are fully inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen and tea-towels.

Arrivals & Departure

Normally Arrivals after 4pm and Departures by 10am
However at times we can be flexible depending on departures or arrivals either side of reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellations 8 weeks prior to arrival will be refundable provided we have been able to relet the property less a £25 admin charge. Any cancellations within 8 weeks are not refundable. We do not offer a cancellation insurance but would request our Guests to organise these independently.

Pets & No Smoking

We respectfully ask our Guests to observe our 'No Pets' Policy and 'No Smoking' Policy inside the Cottages. Thank you.
