To Reserve A Cottage or Further Details:-

Please telephone or email to confirm availability and make a verbal reservation. We will hold the reservation for five working days whilst awaiting your deposit as follows:

Deposits:-

Upon receipt of your deposit confirmation will be posted to you.

Balance:- The balance and the £150 returnable depositis due 8 weeks before arrival. Upon receipt of your cheque we will forward confirmation and travel details.

Prices:- All prices are fully inclusive of heating, electricity, bed linen,tea-towels and WI-Fi

Arrivals & Departure

Normally Arrivals after 4pm and Departures by 10am
However at times we can be flexible depending on departures or arrivals either side of reservation.

Cancellations

On Cancellation payments are not refundable. We do not offer a cancellation insurance but would request our Guests to organise these independently.

Pets & No Smoking

We respectfully ask our Guests to observe our 'No Pets' Policy and 'No Smoking' Policy inside the Cottages. Thank you.
